Client Responsibilities

Appointments, Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Appointments are reserved for you. Our cancellation, rescheduling and late-arrival policies, including any applicable fees, are provided at the time of booking and apply to every appointment.
Pricing, Payments, Packages and Gift Cards
Prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Terms for treatment series, packages and gift cards are provided at purchase.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
These SMS Terms apply to the Sculpt Haus NYC text messaging program.
Program description
When you opt in, Sculpt Haus NYC will send you text messages related to your appointments and inquiries, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, follow-up care instructions and customer service responses. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we will also send promotional offers, new treatment announcements and special events.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by providing written consent at our studio, or by texting us first and confirming your consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP," we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, reply "START" or opt in again through our website.
