Sometimes even the best workout can’t get you the results you want. This is where truSculpt® flex comes in. This muscle sculpting device gives customized treatment to build and tone muscle based on your individual fitness level, anatomy, and goals. With Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS), truSculpt® flex creates supramaximal muscle contractions, which humans aren’t capable of producing on their own. These contractions are double the tension of normal muscle contractions. By focusing truSculpt® flex on individual muscle groups, you can contract specific areas of your body to the point of exhaustion for maximum body sculpting and muscle toning. TruSculpt® flex has 3 modes. Prep mode simulates a twisting motion as a warm up to slowly build tolerance to the supramaximal contractions. Tone mode contracts the muscles and holds the tension to exhaustion, then relaxes them to boost strength and endurance.
